Our Policy

We take pride of all our items at Amora Imani Limited, anything returned should be new, unused, unsoiled (no make up marks, no perfume) and the security ribbon should be still attached to the dress as received.

Returns that are soiled, damaged or security ribbon tampered with will not be accepted and returned back to the customer.

Ifall the above applies, please follow the return procedure through your user account, under returns menu.

We try hard to accept all returns. Returns to us need to have the original tags still on them and the same packaging in which they were delivered to you. However it is your responsibility to ensure that the returned items are packaged well enough that they won’t be damaged on the way back to us. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. In this case we will not refund you.
All items returned must be returned in the original Amora Imani branded boxing, this includes the pillow box and external box to protect the pillow box from damage. If this items are not returned in excellent condition then £5 will be deducted from your return.

Exchanges

Sometimes the fit isn’t right so here at Amora Imani we are happy to accept exchanges on any garments that are unworn, unsoiled and with all security ribbon intact as received. This applies to any items dispatched to us within 14 days of received by you.

Exchanges take 5 to 7 working days to process plus delivery time to your area.
Shipping cost are not covered by Amora Imani for this, so please make sure you use the sizing chart when ordering. Please use the exchange option with your user account.

Sale Items

We can only refund sale items with credit vouchers to be used on Amora Imani website.

Late Returns

We are not able to accept late returns beyond 14 days of your receipt of the item and therefore it may be returned to you without refund. .

 

Returns Policy 

 

  • We hope you are as in love with your items as we are, but if you’re not fully happy, you need to let us know within 14 days of receiving the items beginning on the day after your order is received from your user account.
  • Once that’s done, you have another 14 days to physically return the order to us. We recommend that you hang onto your receipt from the Post Office until your refund has cleared.
  • All items must be returned, unused, unworn and in their original, undamaged packaging with tags attached, and security ribbon still intact as received.
  • When trying on clothing please check that you’re not wearing any deodorant, makeup, tan or perfume that may leave a mark or scent.
  • Any items that are received back which are not in a resalable condition will be returned to you.
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt and you will receive confirmation of your refund via email.
  • Please note that refunds can only be issued back to your original payment method or issued as a credit to spend on Amora Imani.

Taxes and duties on international orders

 

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). If you order items for delivery outside the United Kingdom, they may be opened and inspected by customs authorities and may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
