We’re really sorry if we’ve made a mistake with your refund!
If this is the case please get in touch with our Customer Care team at sales@amoraimani.com and we’ll try and sort it out for you as soon as possible.
Before you contact us, there are a couple of things that may affect the amount you have been refunded:

  • The delivery charge, which is only refunded for cancelled orders under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013) or if the goods are faulty.
  • Any discounts that were applied at the time of sale, which may not now be applicable e.g Spend & Save codes. Check out our Ts&Cs for more info.

ORDER ISSUES

We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straight away.
As soon as you discover a fault, please contact our Customer Care Team with the following information:

  • The order number
  • The faulty item’s name and number
  • A description of the fault

The items are checked by the team before any shipping toavoid so any possible issue and ensure the quality of the product.

You will get an automatic email from sales@amoraimani.com saying your order has been processed. Once the order has been sent to you, you will get another email saying your order has been dispatched and we will give you the tracking ID to follow up your shipment.

Once you’re at checkout you’ll have an ETA for each of the products you order.
The ETA may differ between products depending on where they’re located and the shipping method you’ve selected.

If your item has all tags and labels attached, remains unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and is within our 14 days return period please ship it back following the instructions on the returns form.
Remember to fill in your returns sheet with your request and put this sheet in your parcel when you return it back to us. Once we receive your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received it.
If no exception with your return is faced your request will be processed within 2-3 working days.
Refunds for full priced items are issued to your original payment method.
Refunds for regular sale items can only be processed through a Gift Certificate to be used on our site.
If your order had any shipping costs, these will not be refunded.
To return your order, please use a ‘TRACKED’ Service as we can only refund items which are returned to us. We don’t reimburse you for your postage cost back to us.

We ship all over the world, most countries are free shipping however there are some exclusions. Please click HERE for rates.

DELIVERY SERVICE

All our worldwide deliveries are taken care of by DHL.

INSURANCE

Amora Imani’s responsibility on the order is passed to DHL during the time its in transit to you.

Not the receiver of the delivery?

SOME USEFUL TIPS

We’d love to ship all the orders to the right destinations, therefore make sure that the address given for the delivery is the right one to drop your package, because once the order is on its way to you, we cannot redirect it.

Our delivery time begins from the second a request is acknowledged. This incorporates a 24 hours period where your orders will be prepared and dispatched by our team. To minimise delays, we recommend using your work address as your delivery address.
