All our deliveries are handled by DHL and once item is in transit they are responsible for the handling of the delivery.
Please make sure you are at home to accept your delivery and sign on receive.
Please do not refuse a delivery as if an item is refused and returned, DHL will charge Amora Imani a return handling fee, which will be deducted from your return amount.
Standard delivery takes approximately 5 to 7 working days from placing your order to delivery.
Standard delivery is £4.95 per delivery.
Some items within our stock are available for next day delivery if placed before 2pm on the previous day for guaranteed next day delivery.
This is only for selected items and will state in the item description if this is available or not.

For both free and paid deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any ingoing customs or taxes cost should any be incurred when shipping to your destination, therefore is a responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).
If you order items for delivery outside the United Kingdom, they may be opened and inspected by customs authorities and may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination.
You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.
